Equal and Just -- America's children
(age 3 to 103) are our most precious National Resource � our Human Capital.
Knowledge-based investments in America's Human Capital are essential to America's world leadership and competitive position in the global marketplace.
Ubiquitous e-Access is essential for inspirational development of America's Human Capital, for lifelong learning, electronic self-governance, telemedicine, and e-commerce with both public and private sector service providers.
By using something akin to IN-SYNC with Amazing GrACE, "We, the People" can implement Ubiquitous e-Access and replenish America's "Human Capital Development Fund" -- of the People, by the People, and for the People -- by generating even more $capital$ continually via recurrent revenue streams from hybrids of well-established Network-Centric Business Modalities.
These enable us -- "We, the People" -- to provide all of America's children (age 3 to 103) the essential state-of-the-art IT/IS tools and resources that we all need to develop ourselves to the limits of our innate G-d-given talents and abilities.� This enables us to become self-sufficient, productive, and fully committed citizens, thereby Boosting America's Collective IQ via IN-SYNC's� LASER (Sec. 508/ADA-compliant), and creating a potential return on our knowledge-based investments (in cost savings and value creation) in the $billions$.� The accrued savings can then be reinvested in the Health, Education, and Well-being of our Human Capital.
But America's children can only accomplish this with the loving guidance and support of actual and Virtual Mentoring Communities comprised of inspirational teachers, parents, grandparents, and other inspired individuals devoted to the well-being of all of America's children.
Inspired development of America's Human Capital necessitates Truly Enlightened Leadership from among America's visionaries willing to Stand in the Future TODAY to nurture America�s own homegrown experts, thereby obviating the need for H-1B foreign imports.� Such enlightened leaders must have the credibility, experience, knowledge base, and resources to leverage and/or pool integrated, crosscutting knowledge-based investments of Human Capital and other resources needed to create the requisite public/private IN-SYNC Partnerships and Alliances that comprise something akin to GrACE.
Hopefully, we will soon join together with each other to work in National synchrony (as we did under President Kennedy's guidance for our "Moon Shot") -- as "One Nation under G-d, Indivisible" -- to
co-create a uniquely American "Symphony" (the "more perfect Union") wherein our uniquely diverse People
co-create and use the IN-SYNC tools and resources essential to Boost America's Collective IQ for the 21st Century and Beyond.
